We strive to keep all items on the site up to date and process their latest open source GPL based versions at our earliest possibility, however updated versions availability depends always on the availability of the new versions from our developers, our partners and our various sources. You can request new versions on the “report new version needed..” button on any product page on the site and we will do our best to process it, however any sort of timeframes are never guaranteed.

The EU 14-Days Return Policy

Based on EU law, you may withdraw the purchase and receive a refund for any digital content (or service) purchased on the site during 14 days, only if you did not download the content and did not install it on the site and only if we did not start working on the requested development project (including but not limited to: SEO Services, Hosting services, Site speed-up service, Web development, Plugin development..). Once a digital product has been downloaded and/or a purchased service has commenced, customers immediately lose their right of withdrawal.
